This site allows you to browse and search for Artwork Templates and create custom Artwork. Artwork Templates come in many shapes and sizes for your different needs and are available in black and white (for printing on pre-printed paper) and full colour versions. Each Artwork Template has a number of fields where you may enter your custom information and you have the option to preview your customisations and then download a PDF file which you can print.
Once the site has loaded, you will be shown a summary view of all the possible Artwork Templates you can choose from as well as a grey control bar, which is shown above the Templates. If you would like to view more information about the Templates at any time, you can do so by clicking the Detailed View button (
) at the left of the grey control bar. You can switch back to summary view at any time by clicking the Short View button (
).
Artwork Templates are available in a number of categories. If you know you are looking for Templates of a particular category, you may hide all other Templates by selecting the category you wish from the Category drop-down menu to the right of the grey control bar. When you press the Filter button (on the far right of the control bar), the Templates shown to you will be narrowed to only those of the category you have chosen. To show all Templates, select All from the Category drop-down menu (and press the Filter button).
If you already know the name of a Template or maybe part of the name or remember some of the description, you can narrow down the Templates shown by typing the text you remember into the search box to the right of the grey control bar. When you click Filter, any Templates that do not contain the text you entered will not be shown. To show all Templates, remove the text you entered in the search box and click Filter.
When you have found the Template you want, clicking on the image will allow you to edit the Template text and preview your changes. Each Template will have different text fields you may change. Example text is often given to help show what text will appear where. When you have entered the text you wish (and you may, if you wish, leave a text box empty), pressing the Preview button will update the image with an example of your Artwork. You may continue to change the Artwork text and press Update Preview as many times as you like. When you are happy with your Artwork and want to print it, or you would like to see a larger, higher quality version, you can click the Download Printable Version link at the bottom of the web page. If you would like to go back and select another Template at any time, click the Back to Template Selector menu item from the sidebar on the left of the page.
Please make sure you have read the Legal page before starting to use the site.
Once you have downloaded and opened your printable PDF, ensure you have loaded the correct pre-printed A4 sheets into your printer (where applicable). Next, press the print icon or choose print from the drop down menu and a dialog box will open. It is important that the page scaling option in this dialog is set to none or the overprint will not fit the pre printed sheets correctly. Once you have made sure page scaling is turned off, press the print button to start printing.
